The industrial robot loading and unloading station consists of a loading and unloading robot, a CNC machine tool, a PLC control cabinet (frequency conversion control cabinet), and a conveyor line. The function of the loading and unloading conveyor line is to transport trays carrying workpieces to be processed to the loading station. The robot transports the workpieces to the CNC machine tool for processing, and then places the processed workpieces back onto the trays. The conveyor line transports the processed workpieces to the assembly station for assembly.
